Jack Locke, brother of Sr. Anne (Mary Terence) Locke considered our Sisters to be part of his family, and for years generously supported our retired Sisters by making monthly gifts. As he would say, “All Anne’s Sisters are my sisters, too.” After Jack’s passing in July 2018, in order to recognize his personal care and commitment to his “sisters,” we were honored to name our monthly giving program after Jack.”

It’s a win-win! An automatic monthly gift saves you the time and effort of making separate donations, and reduces processing costs and time for the Sisters.
Your monthly gift will help us care for our retired and infirm Sisters. Your support also helps fund the living expenses of the Sisters serving in Africa and Latin America who work with some of the world’s neediest children and adults. Monthly gifts help provide the sustained resources for the Sisters to continue making known God’s goodness and educating for life.
How does it work?
Monthly giving is an easy and more efficient way to support the Sisters. You can use your credit card to enroll in the Jack Locke Monthly Giving Circle. We can also process your donation over the phone.

When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be billed on the 15th of every month (if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the billing date will be the following business day).
What if I want to cancel my monthly donation?
You can cancel at any time by calling 650-551-6402 or emailing Lala.Shahkarami@sndden.org.
How do I update my credit card information or change my donation amount?
We care about your privacy, so please do not send your credit or debit card information or bank information via email. Please call Lala at (650) 551-6402 to update your card information or to change your monthly donation amount. You can increase, decrease, pause or cancel your monthly gifts at any time.
How can I claim the donations for tax purposes?
By the middle of February, we send out a summary donation statement that lists all tax-deductible gifts for the prior calendar year that you may use for tax purposes.
How will my monthly gift be acknowledged?
If you would like, we will send a monthly “thank you” letter or a formal acknowledgment letter at the end of the year. Your name will also appear in our Annual Report that is sent to our supporters in the Fall each year. If you would like to remain anonymous, please let us know.
